To the point, 6ix9ine dyed his hair like a rainbow and got rainbow-colored jewelry to stand out from the basic jewelry every rapper has. 6ix9ine even got the number version of his name “69” tattooed all over his body from his arms and even his face! Many people didn’t find this decision wise but in reality, it's genius because it sped up 6ix9ine’s career because of how far he stood out from the rest of the rappers in the genre. “6IX9INE "Gotti" (WSHH Exclusive - Official Music Video)” is the song that got 6ix9ine his first true show of traction to his music. “6IX9INE "Gotti" (WSHH Exclusive - Official Music Video)” went viral and took social media by storm because no one was used to rappers looking the way 6ix9ine does. 6ix9ine is on all of the covers of rap news due to the trial he is currently in because of his previous associates. 6ix9ine who used to claim himself as one of the toughest rappers in the game and the King of New York. These are really bold self-proclaimed titles coming from a rapper who gave into the plea deal in such a short amount of time, breaking the scared rule amongst these types of people. You never snitch your brothers out, you do your time and that’s it. See, the way 6ix9ine saw it was that he didn’t want to due the time no matter the rule thus he began ratting out. 6ix9ine has given a lot of evidence on the rest of the members being tried and it seems pretty convincing, but then again I’m not a judge. 6ix9ine is a very interesting story of a character's progression in such a small window of time. 6ix9ine made his initial splash into the rap industry with “6IX9INE "Kooda" (WSHH Exclusive - Official Music Video)” and “6IX9INE "Billy" (WSHH Exclusive - Official Music Video)”. Within the music videos for both of these songs, 6ix9ine makes a noticeable effort to portray the persona of a typical “hard” rapper by having affiliated members in the video, certain items and more. This is also when 6ix9ine decided to show off his unique appearance that involved his rainbow hair, rainbow grill, and even all of the 6ix9ine tattoos. At first, people didn’t know what to think of 6ix9ine and his appearance but what 6ix9ine did was genius because it made 6ix9ine instantly recognizable, furthering his career just like he wanted. All 6ix9ine has ever done was done to improve his image and career. So, it wasn’t truly surprising seeing 6ix9ine rat out his fellow members to lessen his sentence. Yet, when the house of cards fell in November and 6ix9ine was detained for the organization he was involved in, 6ix9ine gave in and snitched. 6ix9ine was facing over 47 years locked up if he decided not to cooperate. 6ix9ine without a second blink accepted the plea deal and broke the golden rule in the rap lifestyle. You never rat another member out.
