Too many children in South Africa face various forms of abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence. This abuse occurs at home, in school, in the community or during humanitarian emergencies. .

Growing up with violence and abuse seriously affects a child's development, dignity and physical and psychological wellbeing.

Save the Children South Africa is committed to protecting children from harm. Every day we work to make sure all children in South Africa thrive in a safe environment, free from violence.
